Hi Folks
« on: 05 March 2005, 20:04 »
New to the Forum- learning a lot!  Owner of an '88 3-door GTi 8v in Tornado red/pink.  Totally original and unmolested, except for the weighted shift rod!  Slowly bringing back to some sort of glory, so expect a few random / odd / stupid questions along the way.....  Just learning my way around the car (bought in Nov), new front pads, disks, rear caliper my latest achievements. (You've got to start somewhere!)  Any experts on how to sort the drivers seat out?!  I'm not a fan of orange spongey stuff on my trousers.....

Hope to make it to some of the meets in the SE over the summer!

Cheers,
Martin
