Harz's MK5 GTI
« on: 04 January 2014, 09:21 »
I've had my MK5 for a couple of weeks. This is what I've done so far...

Fitted a stubby aerial.

Tax disc holder.

Team Heko wind deflectors.

Changed the head unit for a Sony XAV-601BT.

It has hands free Bluetooth phone connection

And iPod/iPhone connection.

12" Fli sub in boot.

I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to performance mods, but I've ordered an Evoms intake and a milltek non res cat back. I don't know much about remaps yet, but thinking about getting one done in spring at AMD in Essex.
I've also got 18" LM reps and Eibach sportlines to come.

Ha ha no one likes the wheels. Getting the same comments on mk5gti forum too ;) they were left on by previous owner.
Got some LM reps on order anyway (I know I'll still get a bit of stick for getting reps instead of genuine ones, but I'm ok with that :) )
