Title: new member in bristol - with pics of mk2 gti

Hi everyone  :smiley: - I'm new to the scene, this is only my second car and I'm 19. I'm only living in bristol temporarily on work placement, then heading back to sunny scotland to finish my last 2 years at uni.

In the meantime - to runabout in bristol - i bought this wee car (older than me!  :laugh:)

1.8 8v gti, with 140k miles.
-40mm apex springs, straight through exhaust, m3 lights, front splitter.

I also have 2 more grills, the proper gti one, and one without the spot lights. I'll change it when I decide what one looks best.

On a side note I was in town last night and some lad in a black mark 2 flashed me - it feels cool to be part of something  :nerd:

filton, up near my work! it's only a 15 min work, but now i have a car- why go for the exercise eh?

It was a bit crap but now i have a car i can drive away somewhere nicer :wink:

wee mini meets sound cool, there must be loads of members in bristol...

nope not aircraft, although my old housemate done that. I work for a certain insurance company  :cool:
