Can someone in Manchester do Miles to Empty? and boot help

Hello,

Can someone who lives in Manchester do Miles to Empty on my golf gti mk4 aum 2001? and how much would it be?

Also, the boot has problems opening. I have to go in through the seats to lift the catch on the boot lock, when i close the boot the little black clip gets pushed back into the locked position so i have to push it backwards in order to open the boot from the outside.
