Had it detailed - took him just under 4 hours - looks like a f7cking mirror, I love it even more now!  :laugh:

Arranged complimentary insurance and ordered a load of detailing products o and preparing for collection tomorrow. Does that count.

 :grin: I've taken some, I'll get them up later!  Plus he took some for his facebook page so there will be some on there!  Words cannot describe how good a job he's done, well well worth the money!  It's a shame to drive it now cause it'll get dirty  :grin:

Ordered some Gtechnique, a two bucket system, new mitt x 2, new drying towels x2 and 6 new MF cloths. 5 days old and it's so dirty you would have thought I had been ploughing a field!

Tried my old MK 6 GTI logo mats in my MK7 and they seem to fit ok so i now have two spare sets :grin:
Golfgti build quality is average at best.

Tried my old MK 6 GTI logo mats in my MK7 and they seem to fit ok so i now have two spare sets :grin:

I found the drivers one didn't fit at all and the others were far from a perfect fit.

Shame because the red stitched GTI mats were great, on the lookout for a proper mk7 set.
Mk7 GTI. DBP, DCC, Winter pack. Mine since new, July 2013.
GTI no. 4. Golf no. 5.  VW no. 7.

Only tried the passengers side  :grin: that will teach me to assume the rest would fit.
