Title: What can be done with vagcom and VCDS? Differences?

So what features can be done with a full version of Vag-Com and what needs VCDS? I'm wanting alarm beep, anti hijack, auto windows etc. Can this be done with Vag-Com or do I need VCDS for any of these? I also want miles to empty but I think I have IMMO2 clocks. Can that be done on them?

VAGCOM IS VCDS  :wink:  VCDS is the new name for it

Vag Tacho is required for miles to empty

No you cant. I got mine from Ebay but ive no idea who makes the pukka version  :undecided:
