You can indeed, track specialist insurance can be found quite easily on most trackday websites. It may be worth ringing your current insurers however and see if they offer a 'bolt on', the worse they can say is no. On a side note, I also live close to Cadwell (caistor high st) and have thought about this many times BUT after much delgation, I would definitely have my first trackday out at Blyton rather than on a bonkers tight, fast and technical track like cadwell.
