Finally got around to cleaning it today, 10 weeks since the last time so 2 goes with snow foam and 2 washes. Gave the window seals and the sill extensions a coat of FinishKare Top Kote, gives a nice natural sheen and the tail pipes cleaned with Mothers. After drying some QD was added and buffed off - FinishKare #425 Ultra Slik, very easy to use and no mess. The wheels got a spray with that too. Pleased with the end result only tempered by discovering a small dent and a small collection of stone chips  Is it possible to keep any paint on the car?

Cheers Jim  Stone chips are driving me mad though, no panel is unmarked and the bonnet and bumper are pretty bad. So frustrating, my Audi didn't seem to suffer at all yet this one could do with a respray in places! As for the dent, it's very small and paint unmarked, I might see about getting that sorted.

Great job on the wheels and calipers :) Thats the exact same socket set I have :)

Cheers. Yes, remember I scratched the black part of the wheels using the std wheel socket when I did them on my previous Mk7.5 and we used them on the detailing course I did back in 2017 so invested in a set! Plus the breaker bar means no issues getting them loose.

Having had to use the standard set this week to put my space saver on (puncture) I'd like to look at alternative, could you share the details on your preferred choice please?

Thanks

Think I got these ones:

And then a breaker bar is a must and a torque wrench a nice extra.
