starting probs

wnet to start the car the other day but iot turned over very slowly about 2 or three times then stopped, figured it was the bty. Changed that for a charged one out me polo but it did the same!!
the bty in the cab is only 380 amps and the one one out of the polo is 360 amps.........
What is the amp ph recommendation for the cab or could this be some other problem??

i assume the car is not seized ie run without oil 380 cca should be plenty i would check th engine earth strap and battery connections if ok then remove starter and see if its spinning ok.
