Golf mk8 / Re: Mk8 operational tips and tricks
« Last post by BillSan on Today at 14:58 »Just spotted a few useful tips on a YouTube review:
When the heated steering wheel is already on, you can tap and hold the button to switch it off without having to go through the other two heat levels first.
Another way to mute or pause audio is a quick press of the power button to the left of the heater controls
To minimise the detail on the speedometer screen you can press and hold the VIEW button on the steering wheel, this removes the left side and right side information but leaves the centre in view, press and hold VIEW again to revert to full information
You may already know these but I've had my car for 3 years and they are all new to me.
