Cheap insurance companies, avoid?
« on: 07 January 2014, 11:53 »
On the GFs insurance on the MK4, came in a good £300 cheaper than anyone else is a-choice.

I have 14 days to cancel and am wondering if I should take that chance really.

They seem really, really sh!t.

Asking to photocopy licenses etc, NCB bonus which I'm sure others do but Admiral ripped everything off a database, rang me said "this is slightly wrong" etc and sorted it straight away.

This company ask loads of questions, insurance is with someone I don't even know, KGM or something then the finance is with some bank in London somewhere.

It's all a bit crap and seems like they are just a middle man.

Just thinking claim time it's gonna be a pain in the arse.

Thinking maybe cancel it, wait til April (I'm 21) and then the insurance with Admiral or Direct Line is just as cheap.

Haven't asked this company about mods yet either.

Where all my moneys went.

Golf MK3 1.6. Golf MK3 8v GTI.
