IMHO of course

Pros: Distinctive looking, not diamond cut
Cons: Look incredibly fussy to clean with all sorts of nooks & crannys,

Congrats on the car. Considering the amount stick the Parkers seem to receive, I personally wouldn't choose these over the Parkers if they were a no cost option as they look a bit of a fussy design and would be impossible to clean. But we all like different things! Enjoy, I literally am loving mine.

I don't think they'd be too bad to clean - certainly not impossible. Having some good wheel cleaning kit would definitely help though; a decent small soft bristle detailing brush for the intricate bits, a good soft bristle wheel cleaning brush or a set of Wheel Woolies and a Wo-Wo wheel cleaning mitt or similar.

Get them decontaminated and sealed / waxed from the outset so most of the dirt and brake dust can be removed with a high pressure hose or pressure washed off, and cleaning them should be a fairly painless task.

Hello fellow forum members

My GTI Performance build is due to start on week 41 with the following options:
5 doors, 7 speed DSG, Isaac Blue Metallic, 18" Saville Dark Graphite with red pinstripes, Art Velours red/black Upholstery and a Rear View Camera.

All the above was confirmed this morning on VW chat-line.

What I have attempted to accomplish is because the GTI comes with a red colour prominence I have continued to enhance the red in my configuration except for the paintwork colour.

I just hope I will be happy with my configuration, I'm sure I will be

How do you get them decontaminated and sealed?

Properly cleaned (fall out remover, all purp cleaner), then clayed, tar and glue remover, then sealed. Wheels off to do this.

Did mine recently, great results.
