I've sold the Golf privately, but it's not gone yet as we are waiting for the log book to come back following the private plate been taken off. The Passat will be for sale too, to make room for most probably a Mk7 Golf.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

All change then in the dubber household.  Sad to see the red Golf go?

I'm not bothered. Jo is, as it was her 40th Birthday present, but she will be getting a newer car with a proper gearbox, so she's looking forward to that.

Yes, a nice DSG.  What Golf are you thinking of?

Bought one today. A pre-registered G7 Match. 1.6TDI DSG, white with a pan roof and winter pack. A bit boring I know, but it will do the job it needs to very well, for a relatively small outlay.

You'll have a nice monochrome pair on the driveway then.  Should be a good little golf. Assume you still have the green mk2 GTI as well?

That's a point. I normally tax it in May for the summer 6 months. I'd completely forgotten. Out of sight, out of mind. I must tax it today and go and wake it from hibernation in my parents garage.
