The bloke at VW said my engine was only just being warn in, so should be nice and strong for the RR.  195 eh?  I like to go a bit cautiously lower, you never know

be interesting to see how yours goes then bob with those plugs myself and jonnyturbo are using iridium ik's i'm going to be filling up with 98 ron unleaded to for the journey down that may help as well

Be careful as the AGU always lists different plugs to other 1.8Ts

about 2/3 of the way down it says Beetle, AGU engine.  Should be the right ones I think
