Title: tyre setup on my 2016 gtd

ok guys im looking for a new set of tyres for my 2016 gtd (new to me) previous owner/dealer put budgets on my question is this they are 18" negaros but ive noticed the fronts are 225/40/18 but the rears are 225/45/18 is this the standard set up  :undecided:

No it isn't standard setup.

You should have 225/40/18 for both front and back if you're on standard wheels. 

The middle number refers to the height of the tyre wall, so the setup you mentioned would mean the car would be slightly elevated at the rear.

I'd be taking your car back and demanding they put the correct size tyres on. Fecking useless!!

That's wrong.... I'd get the supplier of the vehicle to fix that or at least make a contribution towards it.
