Mine does as described here.
Not usually first thing in the morning, more likely at the end of the working day when I leave the office.
You get it crank over for 4 or 5 seconds before firing like some sort of problem, then it fires up and you get a stop start error.
Turn it off, start it back up and it fires first time, error message cleared.
Its done it since I've had it, about once or twice a week. Temperatures seems to make no difference.
