Not sure but interested in knowing what exactly you're trying to do. What system are you trying to rig this up to.
By bass control do you mean just an adjustment up front gain controller??
Not sure about the voltmeter...is it for the purpose of monitoring the power output??

im wiring up an orion HCCA 15inch. voltmetre is to monitor the volts being put out by my 2 batteries. and by bass contol i mean the control knob supplied with the orion amp to increase/decrease sub volume.

does your h/u not have a dedicated sub out

yes it does, and it has a bass control on it but its several button clicks to raise and lower the bass volume.
