how do i know if my rear caliper is siezed i have tryed to turn it back in and push it in,plus i have drained the fluid and it still wont go back in.

The rear caliper doesn't push back in it is wound back in with a special tool.

yea i got that its that tight it wont move.
done it know just had to use wd40 loads of and use molies to free it up abit but it was a very hard job
,had to phone me mech m8 up jst keep to bleed the brakes know.
