yup direct from dealers. Special offer £195 for cambelt change only. Its £325 for cambelt and water pump

did you get it from the dealers direct? as that sounds cheaper than the prices i was given

no got the water pump off here

hmm there's no info on the main VW site  :undecided:

and charging an extra £130 to change the water pump is just fecking scandalous!!  :angry:

i know the hardest part of doin it is makin sure it all lined up proberly,it was a nervous time when i put me keys in the barrel ready to start her up.

the water pump you got is that with plastic fins?  looking for a water pump with metal fins
