I'm 19 as well and I got quoted £600 for my mk3 1.6cl with both parents as named drivers with elephant. just got quoted £740 for a mk2 gti and £1150 for a vr6, so i'm quite tempted now! But yeah try elephant and admiral.

im guessing that as ur not the main driver your parents and ur an additional driver!

no i'm the main driver and vehicle registered as mine, admiral gave me two years ncb from being on a named driver on my parents policy.
