Got OBDEleven up and running so no more stop start and no more sound actor.

When the start-stop should be kicking in, I get the crossed through A symbol showing start stop is not available. Doesn't really bother me but assume that's normal?

Yep, that's normal. You learn to not see it, lol.

Some people have absolutely no concept of the potential danger they're putting people in.
Would the police in Sweden take any action if you sent this to them? In the UK you'd get absolutely nothing done about it as they've got "much more important things to do".
I've always been an advocate that everyone should be re-tested on their driving every three to five years. Not so much the fact that people can actually make a vehicle move forwards, which an 18 month old baby can do if they can reach the controls, but actual awareness of consequences of stupid driving and the fact that rules apply to everyone and not just 'everyone else'.

i'd have to agree 100%! although it does look a bit of a dodgy place to be overtaking as there's a right hand band just there. not that i'd be able to tell really :)

Yesterday I was going over to see my new car. Was turning right at a staggered junction. I noticed a middle aged woman in a carbon grey Mk7 GTD on the other side of the staggered junction. I got a gap, pulled out and started to accelerate. She pulled out right in front of me. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid going into the side of her. That stupid woman didn't look right again before she pulled out!

Have ordered a dash cam for my new Mk7!

Looks very shiny and cared for Jim_mk7.5  great reflections. The black badgeskins look smart, but I prefer the red.
