F1 2010 patch for Xbox 360

I'm experiencing a number of issues when playing F1 2010 on the Xbox 360 - mainly freezing - and know of a number of other issues that are being reported.

I've read on the Internet that a patch has now been released but I can't see it on Xbox Live..? Does anyone know how to download the patch?

The patches will usually download when you load the game up as long as you are connected to x box live.

Yup, it saves the update to your HDD.
