Looking at buying a Decent polisher

I've had my fair share of circular polishers, all do nothing as they just get stuck under mild force.

Anyway, I've spotted the Meguiar's G220 Dual Action Polisher but it's a bit pricey.

Now to get rid of swirls, I need a cutting compound and a glazing liquid I think?

The problem I am having is what plates and pads to buy?

I wouldnt advise on a rotary unless you have used a decent dual action polisher before hand (porta cable/meguiars g220 etc)

It is quite easy to do damage with a rotary as it gets hot = hole in paint lol

Get some lake country pads! Awesome pads to use.

Usually have to import them but doesnt cost much, heres the first site i found for info

Buy some menzerna polish mate, best i have used! The megs range is quite good as well (professional range, can find it in waxamomo)
