No worries....but I dislike them so Monza or BMW CSL and the bmw are going at a good price on ebay for about 389.00 which is great. Just dont know if 18 or 19 to go for an also 8j or 9.5j ?

Ok so 18" with 8.5j - nice ride..? I want to avoid as much as I can lowering it as currently my mk4 is on 17" and slammed as I dont really want much gap between wheel and arch or at least it looking like a jeep

The ride all depends on how your thinking about lowering it.. stock suspension is always a nicer ride but if you go for a suspension set up with smaller springs the ride will be just that little bit harder but you will notice the difference in handling and your car will be lower. Coilovers are alot harder than springs & shocks.. Mk6 stock will be quite high so a 40-45mm drop will look spot on and not be a hard ride.

So 18inch or 19inch to look spot on? Want BMW staggered with 9.5 rears. Would I need a kit to have these on the vw mk6?
