There's been 2 sets on the facebook Golf R owners page.  1st were virtually brand new and were £650 including the tyres and they took a while to sell, he ebayed them in the end.  The 2nd set are still on there for £1,000 including tyres (done more mileage than the 1st set).

how could the 18" Belvederes which were introduced for the Clubsport possibly look better on a standard GTI than a Clubsport when basically both cars almost look identically from a side on view. If anything imo the opposite is true considering the Clubsports 15mm lower stance.
Pure White Manual 3dr Clubsport.
Dynamic Chassis Control, Panoramic Sunroof, Dynaudio, Sat Nav Pro, Rear view Camera, Car Net, Standard Sport Seats, 18" Belvederes.

The Clubsport isn't lower than a GTI.
That was a cock up in the spec sheets.
15mm lower than a base model is the truth.

The tall rear spoiler and bulky bumpers make 18" wheels look really small on the CS.
Plus the offset sits them too far into the arches so they look even smaller against the spoiler and fins.

Yup. Clubsport is not lower than a standard GTI.
The R is slightly lower. 5mm lower than GTI/CS if I recall.

Those wheels definitely look better on the standard GTI than the CS. That’s the 2nd GTI I’ve seen them retrofitted to now and I’m impressed. Always thought they looked a bit weedy on the CS.
MK8 GTI Clubsport. Reflex silver, Estorils, and a few other bits.

They look great, and they look a little easier to look after than the Santiago’s I’ve got fitted

I have never seen a set for £650, or under £1000 to be honest! I was checking eBay (inc German version), many forums, Facebook R page etc.

If you can point me in the right direction of any going under £1000 for a set, I'll buy them up myself as a spare set!

As already said the £650 ones are sold, but here is the link to £1,000 ones.  You need to be a member of the group to see it:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1541477379484574/permalink/1781704748795168/?sale_post_id=1781704748795168
