Obviously a tad younger than you lot ha but I remember ..

Tekken!
Abes oddesey!
Perfect dark!!
Halo 1!
Pro Evo (when you had to make team logos!)

Best for me is halo 2 spent most my days on it ha

not as old as some of the games mentioned in here. but tony hawk pro skater (1 or 2 cant remember which was the best)
also matt hoffmans bmx game

might dig out the old ps1 tonight

Super Mario Bros 1 (NES)
Super Mario World 3 (SNES)
Duck Hunt with gun of course (NES)

I wouldn't say games from the PS2 / Xbox era count as that is only around 10 years.
