I'll put my big spoon away now. (Oh and I realise this isn't forza related, but it's better here than in off topic in my opinion)
The real subject of this is thus:
Alan is reasonable at MW2 after having a few games with him last night. Probably on a similar sort of level game play wise, but we both maintain being top of the leaderboards each game. Twas fun.

I need to try playing this again. Bought it, did 10 min, got confused, turned it off and never tried since. I felt that it was the kind of game that required a keyboard and mouse and not a controller.

I used to be like you Nick (mouse and keyboard for FPS). But once you have played it a bit and practised for sometime you do eventually get used to the controller FPS.
As Slick said we had some good games the other night and dominated as per usual. Next time I'm on I'll send you more regular invites Slick as you were pretty tasty yourself (oh er) and together WE CAN TAKE OVER THE WORLD !!!

Nick - It's very demanding at first, and requires you to know where people tend to go and come from. Which makes it infuriating, and you will die lots. This game makes me swear about 400x more than I normally would.
Alan - Sounds good, always up for a bit of run and gun.

Best lesson is to just play it. You will shout, complain, and maybe even cry a little when you keep getting pwned all the time. Eventually though you get quick enough to use the sight and fire before other people.
I'll probably have a crack tonight if you are around. Partay up!

Ahhh I've got Korea to do on F1 tonight. Mrs Horney is away friday night saturday night so I'll be up for it then as well as some Forza action.

I was playing last night. Tickertape along the bottom of the screen saying AlanD is ranked 749500 iirc in the world. That's about 11 million higher than me as I've had to start again with my Live profile. I did complete it ages ago with my offline profile. Kudos to ya.

best game ever !!! im on xbox live and theres a fair bit competition out there but has any1 played it online on ps3 ?its super easy compared to xbox
