Picked up some 15mm and 20mm hubcentrics yesterday for when the cars back on the road and bought some NGK Iridium spark plugs to replace the standard affairs that were stripped out of it the only things left on the wish list now is VR6 top mounts front and back, a couple of packs of camber shims and some adjustable front camber bolts!

Had a few hours spare in between jobs today, so I managed to get some paint on the bits I primed :)

After a bit more work and a few hours for the paint to cure in the sun, I got the grill built up and fitted the spoiler as well!

Before

After

Spoiler colour coded

Hopefully, at the weekend, I'll have time to fit the leather interior and the colour coded handles. At least then the inside will look like a car again lol!

Cheers bud! I believe they are denser to cope with the extra weight of the VR, which makes them a great OEM performance upgrade for 8v's and 16v's :) I will be replacing all the bushes with VR6 counterparts!

Post 95(?) cars all use vr6 spec top mounts. ETKA parts numbers are all the same for the later cars. Found this out when I did my suspension as I bought my top mounts from a dealer.

Not VR6 spec as such then, simply standard.

I'll be doing that then lol!

Exactly lol!, I hear they make for a better ride over poly bushes :)
