Title: 01 1.6 petrol starting issues

Having some issues with the wife's golf, therefore I'm having issues 😂😭
It'll start fine with no issues from cold but when it's run up to temp, it struggles to start again. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes of being stood before it plays up.
She called this afternoon after she had been trying to start it for nearly half an hour of messing about it just sat there turning over and eventually started.
Sometimes I've gone to it when it's been acting up and left the ignition on for a 10 count until the pump has primed and it will start, but it will struggle to tick over but if you stop and then start it, it'll be as if nothing happens and it'll be fine till it plays up again.
I'm stumped on this, any help will be gratefully recieved

Have it scanned first as we would just be guessing  :smiley:
