Hi
When slowing down at junctions I hear a one-off tap sound. It is a metallic sound, like a metal flap is closing.
I think this might be to do with the turbo, as I hear something on that could rattle, but this is a one-off tapping noise, as if something is closing when slowing down. I don't hear a constant rattle.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be please? I have VW warranty still so wonder if going to the dealer and asking them to take a look is worth it (or just hassle for nothing?)?
