i've got to fit a lambda boss extension to my mk5 gti that has a stage 1 r-tech remap and bcs powervalve downpipe with sports cat... the new downpipe is causing the ecu to freak out because of the extra flow and it's been recommended i fit one of these extensions to bypass the sensor.
has anyone else had any experience with this, does it cause any difference in performance and will it cause any problems further down the line by tricking the sensor? i guess it's there for a reason after all!
