I am looking to buy an immaculate, very, very, low mileage, (under 40k) Mk5 Golf GTI DSG three door in Reflex Silver, Tornado Red or White and with the tartan trim. I have previously owned and have also considered some of the following cars; MINI Cooper GP R53, Renault Clio RS 172/182, BMW Z3 & Z4, Lotus & Caterham 7 etc etc I have finally decided on a Golf GTI Mk5. I do not have a budget as such and I will pay the best price for the best example. I want to buy the best I can as this will be my hobby car and I will enjoy keeping it in good original condition for when I have to pass it on in the distant future. I am hoping that one of the forum members will have one or know of one that fits the bill as above, so please get in touch if you can help.
