dump valve fitting

 hi everyone i'm a new to this forum. i've owned my golf 1.8t 20v aum for a month and are very pleased with it. Is there any benefits with fitted an aftermarket dump valve? also i'm having it remap soon, would it be better fit dump valve before? :smiley:

Welcome to the forum mate. we are all rilly nice people here rilly  :cool:
Have a little look in the search button on here as this will show you a lot of link to the same question you have asked before.
But to quickly anser you question try and get one before the map as you will know then that its a new part will not corse any problem and as for the benafits thay ushaly last a bit longer than the VW ones and can be alterd to your requiaments. Forge are the best for the 1.8t so have a look on htere web site or keep you eyes pealed in the classifides adds on the forums :)

Get it down to R-tech when you have the ££££ then you really will be pleased with it ;)

forge diverter valve mate, cant (unless you a complete willy) have a dump valve on a gti it works on a recirculating system. outline it all in the link allready poseted :)


The Clio didn't as it's naturally aspirated and French  :sick:  :laugh:
