ive phoned up and been told i will be called back, waited and waited, nothing! so ive filled out the online callback form and again waited and waited and still nothing. at this rate im going to have a sex change and go to sheilas wheels.

I never received a call back when I used the form on their website, a few others didn't either... it may have been broke then (around early Jan), not sure if it's been fixed since. PM MartinB or HIC to arrange a call back.
