Allard 1.9 TDI EGR blank ,

Has anyone fitted one to a 115pd ? Any good, engine light staying on etc? I read a lot on 130pd just wondering if much difference

Ive just fitted an allard egr delete it to my 110 gt tdi which uses the same it as the 115, had made it pic up slightly better and seems to rev better  :smiley:

I've got the EGR delete kit on my 115AJM - i've had other issues so cant give feedback yet but will let you know

sorry forgot to add - no dash lights come up
vagcom complains about the 2 valves that aren't plugged in but that's no biggie

Cool, as it's for the girlfriends car, and she only moan about lights up on dash, and I did notice the egr/ inlet manifold is all gunted up, Was going to get the forge one but this is nearly half the price .

I've no idea whether this is the same setup as a PD150, but its well worth doing IMO and you shouldn't get any problems with warning lights providing you leave the EGR control valve plugged in. Just remove the pipes and do the vac simplification found on http://uk-mkivs.net/forums/t/393238.aspx
Sorry if I'm not allowed to link to another forum, but this is what I used and it worked perfectly for me and my mate who both have PD150's.  :smiley:

Yer I Ve seen this on mkivs , that what I was think of doing aswell, think the 115 just doesn't have the coolant pipes . So slightly easier hopefully. But then was thinking of fitting a 130 inlet heard they fit ?

the 130 fits fine but the egr is a different size

Cool, as it's for the girlfriends car, and she only moan about lights up on dash

you may find she moans about the shutoff shudder
