Very nice, that's the first picture I've seen that I've liked the 19"s. with regard the plate I'm gonna guess the new one might be Y444 GAR? Bet ya can't wait for the builders to finish the road too? If you don't mind me asking, how much did your induction kit cost?

sweet.  isn't candy just the best ever color on a gti?? not sure about the alloys though, i got the monza one's wouldn't change them.  And why for the sake of the gti, no surnoof on this beauty???

Ask VW they wont spec a sunroof if you opt for 19's on the GTI, but its still an option on the R  :undecided:

For info, I had a sunroof on my last CW MK6 and it was nice feature but I hardly ever opened it so for me it was nice to let the light in but not much else and therefore not a priorty for the ED35 and dont miss it at all.

Nice, I have an ITG intake as well. They work very well on the ED35

Hi guys,

The ITG cost me £320 delivered.

The road getting finished cant come quick enough, its like going up a step going into the drive.

The brakes are from a 2010 onwards leon cupra/cupra r which are the same calipers as Golf R and S3 8P

ITG Intake
Autotech Fuel Pump Internals
NGK Spark Plugs
Revo Stage 1

I have a Milltek 3" Race System with De-cat coming next week with the Edition 35 tailpipes then it will go stage 2 +.

I owned a stage 2+ S3 before and I miss the traction but the golfs quick once ur rolling. Also turn alot of heads with the ED and get alot of comments and my S3 was a white black edition which was a nice car also.

looking good and great to see its not remained standard for long

the ITG (Revo control intake we put on mine) linked with the worst made an extra 30bhp on Stage 2 compared to Stage 1

photos never do the CW justice

Really like that, nice mods also.

Still not sure on the glendale's though, prefer the darker watkins glen on the CW TBH.

not putting it as bluntly i agree  :embarassed:

why buy an edition 35 the remove the edition 35 wheels and fit 'option' wheels that could be specced on a regular gti?

car looks great though (you definitely got the best colour) and I'm sure you will love it!

Great looking car but I hate the wheels

Having speced Glendales I am really happy I did as the 19's really sharpen the the steering and have given the ED35 a bit of an edge it needed IMO. You might not like the look of them (just your opinion) but for me they are great, I get loads of positive comments about the car and wheels. I really like the std ED35 wheels but every time I see pics I think they look too small now I am used to the 19's. I have had an ED30 and a MK6 GTI with Monza Shadows (both with great wheels) but I am so pleased I went for these as these are different and bang up to date.

I too have a cw ed35 with glendales, and everywhere i go people say too me 'stunning wheels', i have never met anyone yet who thinks they don't compliment the car except on this site, i do value and respect everybodys opinion however.

I agree, i get alot of comments about the wheels. Most people on here haven't seen the wheels in the flesh. The 18's do look small after seeing my car every day with the 19's.

Anyway my car went stage 2+ yesterday with the updated Revo software for the KO4 tubo'd cars and it is an absolute monster

Anyone else running stage 2+?

I am thinking about getting my car rolling roaded, never been into the rolling road thing as u can feel the gain with each mod going onto the car and some of the figures seem a bit unrealistic. I have had a play with a few fast cars and the car is quite impressive.

Is the 360 bhp figure exaggerated or is this what the dyno print outs say?

Anyone else running stage 2+?

Mines going to be staying Stage 2 especially given the gains with the revised Revo K04 maps, chasis mods are in place to cope  but just feel 2 a great all round package at moment
