Hi People,

Im new, had a MK1 golf before but never on the road ::)

Now got me a MK2 gti, black 3 door and shes on the road ;D

Been haveing a few probs with the gear change and have been trying to sort her out with no joy, its a long story but came accross this site and 95% fixed her yesterday ;D

Hey Tucker, welcome to the site. Glad we could have been of some service already. But, you'll regret giving up the mk1 though - go get her back and put her on the road.

Take no notice Tucker mate, all different factions round here, its each to his own. We all praise our own marques. Mines a Mk 3 btw!  ;D

Good tech stuff, some1 usually knows the answer, and some fun to be had too!

Do regret giveing the MK1 away tho >:( had a wide arch kit on, just needed a little elecy work for the MOT and a paint job, sold her for 30 notes >:( the mate crashed it two months after and right her off. >:(

Me likes the MK2 tho ;D
