never heard of them so they could end up being good.
however the ad says that he painted them black so it wasnt obvious it was lowered, therefore i doubt he declared them, therefore i doubt he is very old (proberbly 17 or 18) and proberbly bought cheep stuff.
so i would say just from that that there halfraud speshals.
as i said though they could be good, ive never really looked into them.
