Grinding noise only at low speeds and on full lock to the right any ideas please

Grinding or clicking?
Id start by looking at outer cv gaiters for splits and the joints them selfs.

Jack the right up and full lock tge stearing.
Spin the wheel and see where the noise is

maybe late on this reply ,is it lowered if so it couldbe.  roll bar rubbing on the drive shaft which is thicker on the right look for scraped ring on the shaft the anti rollbar end  adjustable drop links is solution
