 :grin: :grin: :grin: "Pet" is fine I suppose for some girls although some might feel a bit offended. "Marra" meaning "mate" is what you were after for a bloke or to play safe you could have used "Hinny" for both male and female.

Strange dialect we have up here.  :laugh:

Yeah I'd be up for that, I'm actually going down to Worcestershire in a few weeks time for a MG gathering, I'm not a big fan of the marque myself but a mate of mine has a very good MG B GT he's selling and he's taking the car down, I'm following to bring him back if the car sells.
Do you have a calendar of VW events for the coming year, whats the first decent show coming up this spring/summer. ?

Yeah I've just looked in the shows and events section to see what's coming up, I see Inters is at Ipswich and there's a new show at Leeds in June, it would be a good laugh if we got a NE Convoy going.
