Cheers mate

I was just admiring yours on another threat. It's stunning

I wanted a blue cab with a blue roof before I bought mine. Never thought I'd end up with a bronze one

When did you get your mohair roof done? I had mine fitted last year.

Thanks. I was originally after Rivage in blue with a blue hood but ended up with a green one with a black hood but cream leather  The mohair hood was standard on mine but could probably do with replacing really, where did you buy yours from ? How much was it and did you fit it yourself ?

I've had the cab for nearly 4 years now. It's a G reg clipper and I paid ?3300 for it at the time. I had loads go wrong with it in the first year and I've had quite a bit of work done on it now. I had a weber carb and K&N replacement fitted which has made a massive difference. Last time it went on the rollers it was showing more bhp than a GTI cabbie. It's about 110 BHP and 128 torque. I know it's not fantastic, but it goes alright.

I didn't fit the roof myself, I paid ?550 for the mohair and in the inner hood to be fitted.

I'm not the best with a spanner, so if anything goes wrong with the car I take it to Dubvelopments in Hereford.

So whereabouts are you from? I'm from South Wales
