Hello

i hope sum1 can help!!!!

my front windscreen seal has cracked and some of it has come off, so i need to replace but cant find  anywhere?? it is the seal at the bottom of the screen. where the glass meets the plastic i just need to replace that part of the seal.can any1 help me please ??

I think the part your talking about is the scuttle cover.

yeah it is... when i first had my mk3 the top rubber part of the scuttle was just breaking up... looks very unsightly

it cost me about 70 quid in total from the dealers iirc... nice and easy to replace though  :smiley:

I was quoted £70 quid for the two parts from a dealer, haggled with a guy on ebay, who wouldn't go below £30 so got a pair from the breakers 2 months ago for a fiver. Just need to keep your eyes out for a pair that haven't dried out and cracked up.
