Ok, I have ordered one!!!

Hopefully it will be here for the weekend, so I can get it in on Saturday.

I always thought it was a bit cheap of VW to give you the ability to close the windows with the key, but not on the fob.

One question I have, how easy is it to get the door panel off?

This being a VW and everything, I'm expecting it to be taxing to say the least. Please put my mind at rest!  ;)

fitting was quite easy, but a bit fiddley.
Read the instructions a couple of times thou
If you have any problems once fitted, go throu the problem solving page this is also very good.
I had a few probs to begin with but within 10mins it was ok

(if it says u have to check a wire, strip it back then re-connect !!)

good luck

Got it in yesterday and I'm surprised I haven't burnt my motors out I've been playing with it so much - this is the nuts.

All my fears about taking my car apart disappeared the minute I actually read the instructions whilst looking at the door panel, and it was in, working and the car back together again in under an hour.

Well impressive bit of kit, don;t know why this wasn't fitted as standard by VW

Thanks for the link Sie18t!
