Hey guys whats the 0-60mph on the mk6 gti?

6.9 secs but VW are fairly reserved so I'd say a touch faster than that.

Your 0-60 will be quicker backwards than forwards unless you have snow tyres!!!

I know... admittedly its gonna be a tough call. Did find that the MK6 seems to have a lot less trouble getting the power down than the rocco or mk5 though. Will be even more so once I have payed Revo a visit  :evil:

The 0-60 time will be less than official 0-62 of 6.9 seconds. The MKV did road test results of 6 and 6.3 seconds for the manual and DSG respectively, which is almost a second quicker than the official MKV 0-62 time. :cool:

As with most cars though it ain't about the 0-60 it is more about the 30-70 in the quickest gears, for safer overtaking in day to day useage :wink:
