Things I've done is
Full brake lights
Leaving/coming home set to fogs and drl's and up to 90seconds
Drl's set to 100% and rear lights light with drl's
Fogs set to flash with main beam
Indicators set to 4 but can be set 5 flashes
Puddle lights set to stay on even if mirrors are folding
MIB2 set to sport
DIS set to red accent
Climate fan shows speed when in auto
Climate set to warm weather countries
Heated seats set to remember setting
Soundaktor set to 0%
Mode button set to stay white when in sport mode
ADS set to strong

There's probably more things I done but can't think of them now

Nuking start/stop is normally top of the list!

I've also turned on dimming drl's when the indicators are on, acoustic locking, auto closing windows in rain and enabling highlevel brake light with locking acknowledgement and in reverse gear.

Setting DRLs to 100% is a little bit blinding. I have set mine to around 50% (up from 26% default) so it doesn't burn the retinas of oncoming drivers at night. Then dim them down to 26% again when indicators are on.

Auto closing in rain doesn't work anymore on newer cars. It worked on my MY2014 GT estate but doesn't on my MY2016 GTD.

I knew I'd forget some stuff

Done the rain closing and also the holding hand behind door handle and thumb on the dimple to open or close all windows.

Don't need to stop the stop start as I have a manual, if I don't want it to stop I just keep my foot on the clutch.

Not at all does it blind people, I've sat in other cars looking at mine while meeting it and it doesn't blind or dazel at all.
