Have you changed the internal air filter? - located behind the glove box  This should be done before you use an cleaner aerosol, costs around £12 for a basic filter but you can get more expensive carbon impregnated ones which are supposed to keep the air cleaner and germ free.

Hi - I took it out a month or so back and check it and it was clean and clear - just replaced at last service. doubt that's the problem..

In that case I would guess you need your evaporator + drain pan cleaning by hand if that's possible? All the air cleaners and bombs do is just mask over the problem.

That sounds exactly what I need to do - any thoughts on how to do it? Something I can do myself or do I have to go to the dealers?
