Title: Replacing Lower Grille
Post by: ches_j on 20 April 2017, 20:16
I know this isn't a Golf related questions (sorry!) but does anyone know where I can get a new lower Grille for a 2014 Polo BlueMotion GT? I currently have the standard 'slatted' grill but would like the honey comb style found on the GTI model.

Everything I've found online suggest there isn't a part to fit but this can't be right (can it?)

Anyway I appreciate any help.

PS. If someone also knows how to fit it I'd be most grateful!

I don't know for definite but would assume if the Gti has a different shape/ style bumper then you may well struggle to get just the grill for a non Gti model.

Regards fitting as and when you do source one easiest thing to do is look at the mountings and clips etc on the replacement that way ul see how the fitted one comes off..

Thanks for the reply. Just in case anyone comes across this thread I have managed to for the gti standard part to my polo. The fog lights simply pull out which allows you to get at the grille underneath.
