Title: Gear Box

just got my mk1 golf cab thurs nite the guy said it needed a new clutch but in fact it was the gear box!!

what you think i should do??

Post by: vwdeviant on 30 April 2007, 17:37: Go Back to him and explaint the situation... Sold as seen is not that, the seller has a legal right to resolve any problem upto 14 days from sale (IIRC)... and dealers are 30 days.. or offer you a full refund.

Call him upo and explain it's not a clutch its a box and ask nicely what he wants to do.. But also get your rights squared away first as my memeory's a but vaugue about this.
