Would you suggest Coilovers or Springs with Shocks?!! I'm not too bothered about adjusting the height as long as its lowered by at least 40mm! I do like a comfy ride though, nice and smooth, not too bothered about handling would just like a smooth ride as possible when lowered...?

If you after a bit of ride comfort then go for a spring / shocks but the cheaper kits including Jamex will be very hard, coilovers are harder still.

ive had both, had a set of shocks which lowered 40mm all round, was good for a while, ride was fine tires didnt rub the arches etc. Ive just bought spax coilovers which can lower too, but i can adjust the ride and height so thats the advantage. (expensive though)

actuallyyyy, i still have my old spax springs and shocks, about two years old if your interested? Lower 40mm all round and the rides nice.

Sounds good, I'll pm you about them!

Basically my problem is my front offside suspension is clicking on bumps, I've been advised the shock has gone but haven't checked yet...any thoughts on what it could be?!
