Auto electricians what should I pay

Some saxo driving twit has tried to steal my pride and joy,    they couldn't even get it off my drive but have left her in a terrible mess. Had a go at wiring it myself but cant figure it. Can anyone shed some light on how much I can expect to pay to have it put right.
